Just letting you know, eZaango Care Partners is planning a corporate restructure, including creating a new holding company and a number of new subsidiaries, which we expect will be completed by the end of June 2022.
As part of this restructure, your services (currently provided by eZaango Care Partners as a division of web24x7 Pty Ltd) and the personal information we hold about you will be transferred internally (along with ECP as a division) from web24x7 Pty Ltd to eZaango Group Pty Ltd.
Your Account and services will remain the same and you don't need to do anything, and this won't impact your account or services or how you contact us. We're still eZaango Care Partners, your trusty providers and will keep on providing you best of our services.
In the meantime, check out the FAQ's and we will be capturing any feedback you may provide in the form below.
Because eZaango Care Partners are currently provided by Web24x7 Pty Ltd. However, after the restructure, your service will be provided by a new entity, eZaango Group Pty Ltd. under the same ABN.
The proposed legal restructure involves the arrangement to smooth the business process by creating a new company. This company will have multiple products under the banner which will be revealed here as they go live.
eZaango Care Partners will become part of eZaango Group Pty Ltd with several new products.
As an ECP customer, nothing about your service, account or subscriptionwill change. You don’t need to do anything. You’ll continue to interact with ECP as you always have.
The only change for you will be that after the restructure, your services that are currently provided by Web24x7 Pty Ltd will be provided instead by the new entity eZaango Group Pty Ltd. You will be able to see these changes on your invoices.
There’s nothing you need to do. We’ll let you know when the restructure completes and eZaango Group Pty Ltd starts providing your service on the day that this occurs.
