On Friday 4 September 2026, eZaango Care Partners hosted its very first Summit at the Crowne Plaza Adelaide, bringing care and disability providers together for a half-day of learning, connection and practical insight.
Designed for NDIS and SIL providers, compliance professionals and auditing organisations, the event focused on the issues that matter most to the sector right now: SIL, audit readiness and compliance. Attendees enjoyed live platform demonstrations, presentations from industry-leading guest speakers, a partner tech showcase and a catered networking lunch, all in an intimate setting built for real conversations rather than crowds.

With years of experience helping businesses improve their payroll systems, she showed providers where they lose time and money, and how the right processes keep them compliant and efficient.
Compliance Manager at Flourish QMS and a dedicated NDIS professional, Prue spoke on quality and continuous improvement. Drawing on experience across both service delivery and support coordination, she showed how providers can make compliance a daily habit that genuinely raises the standard of care, rather than a one-time scramble before an audit.
